Since October 2025, Patrick has been helping to ensure that quality is integrated into processes and products from the very beginning. His goal: prevent errors before they arise — and in doing so create stable, reliable quality for our customers.

Teamwork is central to how he works. He collaborates closely across different areas to make sure quality is lived as a shared responsibility — not just as a downstream inspection.

His working day is shaped by structured thinking, technical understanding and a clear focus on causes rather than symptoms. He quickly puts complex or unclear requirements onto a reliable footing, so that processes and products stay robust over the long term.

His approach demonstrates that when requirements are unclear, Patrick ensures structure and reliable processes. This structured clarity results in a level of quality that customers can rely on over the long term.

For Patrick, the Zero Defect principle means working proactively, analysing causes rigorously and establishing lasting improvements — not just short-term fixes. Quality, to him, isn’t a destination but a continuous process the whole team delivers together.
